Return & Refund Policy

1. Project Initiation and Refund

Deposit: A deposit of 30% of the total project cost is required to initiate the project. This deposit is non-refundable and secures the commencement of the project.
Refund Conditions: If the client requests significant changes to the project scope after the project has started, or if the project is canceled after initiation, the deposit will not be refunded.

2. Milestone-Based Payments and Refunds

Milestone Payments: The project will be divided into milestones, with payment due upon the completion of each milestone. Payment for completed milestones is mandatory.
Refund for Milestones: Refunds are not provided for completed milestones. If the client wishes to terminate the project after a milestone has been completed and paid for, no refund will be issued for that milestone.

3. Revision Policy

Included Revisions: The project includes a specified number of revisions per milestone. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.
Non-Refundable for Revisions: Any requests for revisions beyond the included number will not be eligible for a refund.
